These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ATH20 Maritime Intelligence (“ATH20”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not subscribe to or use the Service.1. Service DescriptionATH20 Maritime Intelligence is a subscription-based information service delivering curated maritime intelligence primarily via WhatsApp and/or email.The Service focuses on, among other things:
- Shipping markets and freight dynamics
- Greek shipowner, investor, and fleet activity
- Energy, policy, sanctions, and regulatory developments
- Decarbonisation, market structure, and strategic signals
ATH20 provides decision-support intelligence, not news reporting and not advisory services.Content is typically delivered once daily, around 20:00 Athens time, subject to operational, technical, or force majeure constraints.2. No Advice DisclaimerATH20 does not provide:
- Investment advice
- Financial advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Trading, chartering, or broking advice
All content is provided for informational purposes only.No fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or agency relationship is created between ATH20 and any user.Any decisions taken based on ATH20 content are made entirely at the user’s own risk and responsibility.
Users are strongly encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making commercial, financial, legal, or operational decisions.
3. Accuracy, Sources & LimitationsATH20 content is produced using a combination of:
- Publicly available sources
- Industry publications and market data
- Editorial analysis and judgment
- Automated data collection and processing
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure quality, ATH20 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content.Shipping and energy markets are inherently volatile, and information may become outdated rapidly.
ATH20 assumes no obligation to update or correct previously delivered content.
4. Sanctions, Compliance & Regulatory DisclaimerATH20 content may reference sanctions regimes, enforcement actions, regulatory developments, trade restrictions, or jurisdictional measures, including but not limited to EU, US (OFAC), UK, UN, or flag-state frameworks.ATH20:
- Does not provide sanctions or compliance advice
- Does not determine the legality or permissibility of any transaction, trade, routing, or counterparty
- Does not represent or warrant compliance with any sanctions, export control, or regulatory regime
All compliance, sanctions, and regulatory determinations remain solely the responsibility of the user.Users are responsible for obtaining independent legal, compliance, or regulatory advice before engaging in any activity that may be subject to restrictions or enforcement.5. Subscription Plans & AccessATH20 is offered on a paid subscription basis, which may include:
- Individual subscriptions (monthly or annual)
- Corporate subscriptions (annual or licensed access)
Access to the Service is granted only for the duration of an active subscription and subject to these Terms.ATH20 reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or access conditions at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.6. Permitted Use: Individual vs Corporate SubscriptionsIndividual Subscriptions
Individual subscriptions grant access solely to the named natural person who subscribed.
Individual subscribers may not:
- Share or forward ATH20 content to others
- Redistribute content internally or externally
- Store content in shared systems or databases
Corporate Subscriptions
Corporate subscriptions permit internal use only by:
- Named users, or
- A defined number of licensed users,
as agreed at the time of subscription.
Corporate subscribers may not:
- Redistribute ATH20 content externally
- Publish or circulate content beyond the licensed scope
- Treat the Service as a firm-wide broadcast unless explicitly licensed
Any use beyond the agreed scope constitutes unauthorized use and a material breach of these Terms.7. Payment, Billing & RenewalsPayments are processed via third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).By subscribing, you authorize:
- Automatic recurring billing (monthly or annual)
- Charges to your selected payment method
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Subscriptions automatically renew
- Fees are non-refundable
- No refunds are issued for partial periods, non-use, missed deliveries, or dissatisfaction with content
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains valid and up to date.8. Cancellation & TerminationYou may cancel your subscription at any time via the designated billing platform.Cancellation:
- Takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Does not entitle you to any refund
ATH20 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if:
- These Terms are breached
- Payment fails
- Unauthorized sharing or misuse is detected
- Legal, regulatory, or risk considerations require suspension
9. Intellectual PropertyAll ATH20 content, including but not limited to:
- Text
- Structure and formatting
- Editorial frameworks
- Analysis methodologies
is the exclusive intellectual property of ATH20.Users may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or archive content
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit content
- Redistribute content in any form
- Use ATH20 content to train AI or machine-learning systems
Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms.10. Confidentiality & Market SensitivityATH20 content may include:
- Market-sensitive interpretations
- Policy or enforcement context
- Strategic or commercial insights
Users agree to:
- Use the content responsibly
- Not misrepresent analysis as verified fact
- Not publicly attribute ATH20 content without written consent
ATH20 is not responsible for consequences arising from misuse or misinterpretation.11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, ATH20 shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect losses
- Financial or trading losses
- Missed opportunities
- Business interruption
- Reputational damage
ATH20’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the preceding twelve (12) months.The Service is used entirely at the user’s own risk.12. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATH20 from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Decisions taken based on ATH20 content
- Breach of these Terms
- Unauthorized sharing or redistribution
13. Data Protection & PrivacyATH20 processes limited personal data necessary to:
- Deliver the Service
- Manage subscriptions
- Communicate service-related updates

14. Service Availability & ModificationsATH20 may:

ATH20 is not liable for interruptions or changes, provided reasonable efforts are made to maintain continuity.15. Force MajeureATH20 shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Platform or telecommunications outages
- Third-party service failures
- Regulatory actions
- Force majeure events
16. Governing Law & JurisdictionThese Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.17. SurvivalThe following provisions survive termination or expiration of a subscription:
